Leftover Curry

Hi,

This recipe is made from leftovers. Specially 'Pakodas' that we enjoy so much eating on a rainy day or with a cup of hot tea. They taste so good that sometimes we end up with some extra pakodas. This recipe is even easier then the previous one. So lets get started :)

Ingredients

Leftover Pakoda   5-6 in  number
Onion                   1 medium
Water                   1/2 cup
Oil                        1 tsp
Salt                       1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder  1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder    1/2 tsp

Procedure
1.Chop onion
2. Put oil in a vessel and put the cut onion in it and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Add water. Give it one boil.
4. Then add pakodas and boil for 5-6 minutes.
5. Serve with Roti / Chapati.

Note : if you are making the pakodas for this recipe then let the pakodas cool completly. Do not add pakodas in to the vessel straight from the frying pan.

It's another nice recipe to make quickly.
